Bio

As a food writer and food stylist, with a love of simple and beautiful food, I consider myself extremely lucky to spend my life immersed in all things edible. My time is equally spilt between writing my own cookery books, making films about food and creating recipes and food for photography that is used in advertising, packaging, PR and marketing campaigns.

I have a lifelong love of the outdoors and my most recent book, How To Eat Outside reflects this passion with over a hundred recipes for barbecues, campfire cooking, bonfire night, beach feasts and picnics. Throughout 2016 I am delighted to be working with the fabulous barbecue brand Napoleon Grills as their cooking ambassador - its a marriage made in heaven!
